Federica Pierro

Federica Pierro has extensive experience in consulting, particularly in logistics and e-commerce. As a Consultant at Logistics Reply from May 2016 to June 2021, Federica defined functional requirements for a new warehouse management system, contributed to usability and user interface design, performed testing, and maintained software documentation, while serving as the team reference for GDPR regulations and information security. Progressing to the role of Senior Consultant at Reply, project delivery and management skills were demonstrated with a strong emphasis on e-commerce, including functional design, requirements documentation, product quality assurance, and resource and budget management.
