Mitch Belsley

Mitch Belsley is an experienced professional in customer experience and business process management, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at both GPX Intelligence and Logistimatics since May 2022. Prior to these roles, Mitch was the Head of Customer Success at Gondola.ai from November 2020 to May 2022 and worked as a Customer Experience/Business Process Management Consultant at Infinite CX Consulting from August 2015 to November 2020. Additionally, Mitch co-founded Parallel and held the position of Chief Customer Officer from January 2016 to August 2020. Mitch holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, completed between 2004 and 2011.
