Ares Chen

Ares Chen is a highly experienced mechanical engineer currently serving as the Lead Mechanical Engineer at Logitech since February 2019, where responsibilities include leading keyboard technology exploration and early prototyping efforts, along with holding a design patent for the Logitech silent keyboard. Prior to Logitech, Ares worked at Quanta Computer Inc. as an Assistant Manager from November 2011 to February 2019, leading a team on a NIP project and contributing to new product development at Apple's headquarters. Ares also has relevant experience from FFG Fair Friend Group, ASUS, Wintek, and SAMPO Corporation, encompassing roles in product design and development, CAD design, and project management. Ares holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Chung Hsing University, completed in 2009.
