Bill Tsai

Bill Tsai is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leading and developing innovative product designs, particularly in the fields of IoT and robotics. As a Lead Engineer at 羅技 since September 2023, Tsai is responsible for overseeing CMF. Previously, Tsai served as a Design Specialist at HMD Global from June 2017 to October 2025 and held roles including Design Leader at 仁寶 and Senior Designer at CloudMinds Technologies, where the focus was on intelligent products.
