Deborah Thomas

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Hasbro, Inc.

Deborah Thomas has been a non-executive member of Logitech’s board of directors since September 2020 and serves on Logitech’s Audit Committee.

Ms. Thomas is an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hasbro, Inc., a global play and entertainment company. Ms. Thomas has been Chief Financial Officer at Hasbro since 2009. She joined Hasbro in 2003, also holding positions as Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Finance, Controller, and Assistant Controller. Prior to joining Hasbro, Ms. Thomas held Assurance positions at KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP in the United States and in the United Kingdom.

Ms. Thomas serves on the board of directors and as Treasurer of the Rhode Island Airport Corporation.

Ms. Thomas holds a BS degree from Providence College. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
