Farschad Farzan

Farschad Farzan is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Logitech since August 2021, Farschad previously held positions at Ygrene Energy Fund, including General Counsel and Head of Compliance, and Deputy General Counsel and Head of Litigation. Additional experience includes roles at TaskRabbit as Assistant General Counsel and Head of Litigation, and at Impax Laboratories as Senior Director of Corporate Litigation. Farschad began a career in litigation at Square as Litigation Counsel. Farschad holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Arkansas.
