Neela Montgomery

Neela Montgomery serves as the CEO of Orveon Global since January 2024 and has held board member positions at Squarespace and Logitech since August 2022 and July 2017, respectively. Previously, Montgomery was a Board Partner at Greycroft from January 2022 to January 2024, advising founders through various stages of growth. As President and EVP of CVS Pharmacy from November 2020 to January 2022, Montgomery managed a $90 billion business unit and oversaw the COVID vaccine rollout. Between November 2014 and August 2020, Montgomery was CEO and Executive Chairwoman of Crate and Barrel, driving significant digital transformation and sales growth. Earlier roles include Group Executive Board Member at OTTO GmbH & Co KG and various director positions at Tesco PLC from 2002 to 2014. Montgomery holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in English Literature from the University of Oxford.
