Paul Grant is an experienced international operations leader currently serving as the Head of Planning, S&OP & Data Insights at Logitech. With 20 years of expertise in manufacturing and supply chain, they have a proven track record of driving transformational change and building high-performing teams. Previously, Paul held significant roles at companies such as SABIC, MAXAM, and Clariant, where they led initiatives that resulted in substantial cost reductions and efficiency improvements. Paul is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, highlighting their commitment to continuous improvement throughout their career. They earned a BEng(Hons) in Engineering with Management from Edinburgh Napier University.
