Raffaele Masi is an experienced digital leader with a strong background in eCommerce and digital transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director and Global Head of Digital Experience at Logitech, Raffaele drives customer-centric digital experiences and oversees the digital product roadmap. Previously, at Wella Company, leadership roles included Global Director of Omnichannel Digital Transformation and Global Director of eCommerce B2B/DTC, managing end-to-end operations across over 20 markets. Raffaele's earlier tenure at Coty involved spearheading the global eCommerce strategy for the Professional Beauty division. Raffaele's career also encompasses roles at Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, and entrepreneurial endeavors, complemented by academic qualifications in Economics and Management from Luiss Guido Carli University.
