Ricky Deng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience services and technical management in the APAC region. Currently serving as CX Services Lead at 罗技 since December 2017, Ricky has previously held the position of AP Technical Manager VC. Prior to this, Ricky worked at Polycom as a Sales Engineer from May 2012 to December 2017 and at H3C (Huawei-3Com) as a Product Manager from July 2008 to May 2012. Ricky possesses dual Bachelor's degrees in Project Management and Software Engineering from Wuhan University and Wuhan University of Technology, respectively, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
