Sonia Bento, SPHR, CPCC, is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Sr Director of People & Culture at Logitech, Sonia Bento has previously held significant roles, including Human Capital Director at UnitedHealthcare Global and Diretora de Capital Humano at UnitedHealth Group. An independent Executive Coach, Sonia Bento also worked as Senior Talent Partner for the Latin America & Caribbean Region at AIG. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a major in Business Administration with an HR emphasis from Universidade Castelo Branco.
