Susan MacHeledt

Susan Macheledt is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in global channel management and partner account strategies. Currently serving as a Senior Global Channel Sales Manager at Logitech since February 2024, Susan has previously held significant roles at Microsoft, Neat, Pexip, Cisco Systems, Polycom, BT Conferencing, PictureTel, Black Box, and Bethel University. Notable achievements include reversing a two-year revenue decline at Polycom and achieving record revenue growth with various national partners. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from East Carolina University and has pursued a Master’s degree in Philanthropy and Development.
