Wei Shen-Cory

Wei Shen-Cory is a highly experienced software engineering leader, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Software Engineering for Desktop Experiences at Logitech since September 2021. In this role, Wei drives software transformation and innovation while leading a multi-functional software team across the US, Asia, and Europe. Prior to Logitech, Wei held positions including Director of Software Engineering at Glue Home, contributing to the company acquisition and enhancing team efficiency, and Senior Software Engineering Manager at Capital One, where management of cross-functional teams was key. Wei's extensive background also includes roles at Amazon, where large-scale programs were managed, and foundational experience at LOVEFiLM and WCN Intelligent Talent Acquisition Suite. Wei holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and additional qualifications from the University of Surrey and Fuzhou University.
