Harm Jan Brondijk is a seasoned Release Train Engineer and Agile coach with extensive experience in enhancing organizational performance through agile methodologies. With a career spanning over 24 years, they have worked at various organizations, including Logius and ASML, where they implemented agile transformations and served as an interim RTE. Harm Jan has also held academic roles, teaching change management at Avans Hogeschool and influencing the next generation of professionals in organizational design and change. They are committed to leveraging lean practices and diverse agile frameworks to drive successful transformations and empower teams. Currently, Harm Jan continues to work as a Release Train Engineer at Logius.
