Joop Groen

Joop Groen is currently the Bestuurlijk CIO at the Openbaar Ministerie and serves as a member of the Audit Committee for the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment. With a wealth of experience in leadership roles, Joop has held positions such as Managing Partner at Utilus and Director at various governmental organizations including the Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat and the Belastingdienst. Joop’s extensive educational background includes certificates from Cionet and Sioo, alongside a degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
