Jan Franklin

Jan Franklin is the current Senior Vice President of Brokerage & Insurance Services at Logix Federal Credit Union. Prior to their current position, they served as the Sr. Vice President and Head of Business Integration for Farmers Insurance from January 2006 to June 2014. In this role, they were responsible for oversite of numerous support functions at Farmers, including Real Estate and Facilities Management, HR, Procurement and Vendor Management, Enterprise Program and Project Management, Fleet (of over 6,000 vehicles), Records Management and the Output Processing Centers (Print and mailing centers).

From January 2003 to December 2004, Jan served as the Chief Information Officer for Farmers Insurance. In this role, they were responsible for the delivery and optimization of all IT services in the Farmers organization. This included direct responsibility for over 1,100 staff members and a budget of over $300 million.

Jan Franklin has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and certification from the Insurance Institute of America as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.

Jan Franklin reports to Ana Fonseca, President, Chief Executive Officer. Jan Franklin works with Daniel Tschopp - Senior Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management, Michael Na - Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending and Business Services, and Julie Kim - Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.
