Wayne P. Schulman

Wayne P. Schulman is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel at Logix Federal Credit Union. Wayne has been with the company since August 1993 and in their current role since December 2021. Wayne is responsible for a team of 58 corporate legal affairs and human resources professionals for the $8 Billion financial services organization. Areas of responsibility include advising executives, management and staff on employment, legal and regulatory matters; compliance, legal affairs, litigation and policies & procedures; vendor management and contract administration; labor relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration; training & development, succession planning and human capital strategic planning.

Prior to their role at Logix Federal Credit Union, Wayne was the Manager of the Human Resources Department at Transamerica from January 1991 to December 1993. Wayne then became the Vice President of Management and Organization Development at Security Pacific National Bank (SPNB) from January 1989 to December 1991. Before that, they were a Senior Technical Recruiter at American Savings & Loan Assoc from January 1983 to December 1984.

Wayne P. Schulman has a BA in Theirtory from the University of California, Los Angeles, an EDP in Leadership from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a Doctor of Law (JD) in Law from the University of West Los Angeles. Wayne also has a MA in Communication from California State University-Northridge. Wayne is certified by the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the State Bar of California. Wayne is also an instructor in Quality, Productivity and Competitive Position from Quality Enhancement Seminars - Dr. W. Edwards Demming and certified by IBM in Project Planning and Control for Users.
