Malcolm Slack

Malcolm Slack is an IT leader focused on driving service excellence and digital transformation in managed service provider and enterprise environments. Currently serving as the Head of IT Services at The Dataquest Group, Malcolm oversees strategic plans and enhances operational efficiencies. Their past experience includes roles such as IT Professional Services Manager and Database Administrator, where they managed IT services, provided technical support, and ensured the maintenance of critical databases. Malcolm holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies and an MSc in Computer Systems and Networks from London South Bank University.
