Billy Thomas

Billy Thomas has worked in the logistics industry since 2015. Billy began their career as a Broker at Cavalry Logistics, where they negotiated and coordinated the pick-up and delivery of customer freight, built sustainable relationships with carriers, and tracked and traced customer freight in real time. Billy then moved up to Business Development Representative, where they profiled and secured customers by matching their transportation needs with our crated capacity, developed sustainable relationships built upon person-focused communication, and enhanced customer's networks by providing multi-mode transportation solutions. Afterwards, Billy was promoted to Business Development Manager, where they created account operation strategies to meet customer requirements, managed East region accounts, and executed customer account strategies. In 2020, Billy moved to Universal Capacity Solutions as General Manager Business Development and General Manager Operations. Finally, Billy is currently an Account Manager at Logixboard.

Billy Thomas attended Central Connecticut State University from 2011 to 2013, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Billy then attended Charter Oak State College from 2014 to 2015, also studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. No additional certifications were obtained.
