Raul Hernandez has extensive experience in plant management, with roles at various companies since 2005. As Plant Manager at Graham Packaging from January 2005 to February 2013, Raul oversaw the full operation of a plastic blow molding facility and managed site budgets. Raul continued to excel in plant management at Caraustar from April 2016 to March 2019, focusing on safety and productivity in a recycled fiber facility, and at D&W Fine Pack from September 2013 to November 2015, where emphasis was placed on safety culture and quality systems for rigid plastic container manufacturing.
