They are a seasoned chief executive and board member with over 25 years’ experience working in broad manufacturing across Europe and advising US operations.
They led the growth of BA Glass for a decade, increasing revenues from €500m to €1.5bn and EBITDA from €180m to €530m, expanding from 7 to 16 plants and from 3 to 9 countries, and driving a multi-continent M&A agenda alongside a shift toward sustainability and digital transformation.
They served as CEO and board member of BA Glass from 2014 to 2024, and as a non-executive director there from 2024 to 2025; they also served on the board of The Navigator Company from 2019 to 2025 and on Banco BPI as a non-executive board member and chair of nominations and remunerations from 2023 to 2024.
They currently serve as Chief Executive Officer of Logoplaste and as a member of the board of directors and the American Affairs Committee at EDP.
