Tom Watson

Tom Watson is an experienced professional in real estate acquisition and development, currently serving as Assistant Development Manager at both ESR Australia & NZ and LOGOS since August 2023. Prior roles include Real Estate Acquisition and Development at CloudKitchens and Senior Appraiser at Bowery Valuation, where Tom contributed to innovative appraisal solutions using advanced technology. Tom began a career in property negotiations at Charter Keck Cramer, focusing on commercial lease matters and cost-saving strategies. Additional experience includes managing corporate catering functions at Treat Catering Company and coaching rowing at Ruyton Girls' School and Melbourne Grammar School. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science (Property and Valuations) with Honours from RMIT University.
