Anders Rødgaard

Anders Rødgaard has a strong background in UX design, with experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Anders is currently employed at LogPoint as a Lead UX Designer, where they build and leads a team of UX designers. Anders is responsible for advocating for a user-centric design approach and implementing UX as a function within the company. Anders also effectively manages stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment between business goals and user experience objectives.

Prior to LogPoint, Anders worked at Sitecore as a Senior UX Designer, where they played a crucial role in the design of two applications in the Horizon initiative. Anders formalized the Sitecore design system and created a design library to enhance design workflows. Anders also represented UX in an initiative aimed at improving collaboration between UX designers and development teams.

Before Sitecore, Anders worked at PDC A/S as a UX Designer from 2017 to 2018. Anders also has experience as an Assistant Lecturer at IT-Universitetet i København, where they taught UX and Agile Development for a short period in 2017. Additionally, Anders has experience as a UX Designer and Producer at ajukreizi, where they worked from 2015 to 2017. Finally, they worked as a Teaching Assistant in Digital Media and Communication at IT University of Copenhagen from 2013 to 2013.

Anders Rødgaard obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Digital kommunikation og design from IT-Universitetet i København in the years 2012 to 2015. Anders also received a Bachelor's degree in Informatics and Communication from Roskilde University between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, Anders obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2019. In 2013, they attended Eucroma - European Cross Media Academy for Technical Lead, but it is not mentioned whether they received a degree from there.
