Deepen Chapagain

Deepen Chapagain currently holds the position of General Secretary and Executive Board Member at the Nepal Association for Software and IT Services Companies (NAS-IT) since February 2023. Additionally, Deepen has been with LogPoint since August 2013, serving in various roles including Country Director, Director of Support and Solutions, Head of Technical Support, and Support Manager. Prior experience includes a lecturing position at Tribhuvan University's Institute of Engineering, where Deepen taught courses on Programming in C, Operating Systems, Computer Networks and Security, Information Security and Audit, and Theory of Computation from December 2005 to April 2021. Deepen co-founded nLocate.com from May 2012 to July 2013 and worked as a Security Intelligence and Support Manager at LogPoint from July 2008 to April 2012. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Engineering from the Institute of Engineering (2007 - 2009) and an LLB in Law from Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuvan University (2015 - 2018). Education also includes a 10+2 degree in Science from SOS Herman Gmeiner Gandaki.
