Rachel Wolf

Rachel Wolf is a Strategic Customer Success Manager at LogRocket since May 2023, recognized as the President's Club 2024 member and highest producer of upsell revenue within the Customer Success Team. Previously, Rachel served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at WEVO from October 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing enterprise customer relationships, improving retention with a renewal rate of 110% ARR, and achieving high NPS and G2 scores across various metrics. Earlier roles include an Account Manager at TAB Products, where Rachel was responsible for significant sales performance, and various production and editing positions in television and media, including experience with Animal Planet and WSOC-TV. Rachel holds a degree in Communications with a concentration in Media Studies and Production from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
