RC Maples is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in support engineering and technical roles. Currently serving as the Manager of North America Support Engineering at Sanity and a Content Advisory Board Member at LogRocket, RC has previously held significant positions at companies such as Netlify, FullStory, InVision, World Choice Investments, WonderWorks Attraction, CryoLife, Inc., and the Georgia Aquarium. Notable contributions include enhancing support processes, developing custom applications for optimization, and expanding support engineering teams globally. RC earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Media Production from Middle Tennessee State University and completed additional education at Thinkful.
