LOGURU is a specialist advisory firm that helps organisations design, source, and improve logistics and supply chain operations.

We support businesses that recognise the growing strategic importance of supply chains in delivering operational performance, resilience, and sustainable growth. Our work combines deep operational experience with specialist expertise in logistics procurement, supply chain design, and operational transformation.

Our advisory work typically focuses on three areas:

Supply Chain Design – Optimising logistics networks, warehouse strategies, and operating models to support long-term business goals.

Logistics Sourcing & Procurement – Designing and running structured sourcing programmes to help organisations select and manage the right logistics partners while improving commercial outcomes.

Operational Performance Improvement – Strengthening supply chain capability, improving service performance, and delivering measurable cost and efficiency improvements.

Alongside consultancy, LOGURU is developing a set of digital capability platforms designed to improve how organisations understand and manage their supply chains.

LOGURU Pulse is a maturity diagnostic that helps organisations assess and improve their logistics and supply chain capabilities.

LOGURU Dragonfly provides structured insight into customer and stakeholder relationships, helping organisations strengthen commercial performance and long-term partnerships.
