Kate P. has a wealth of experience in customer success and operations. Kate began their career in 2015 as the Senior Customer Success Manager at Brilent, where they created the entire customer journey and lifecycle from scratch. Kate then moved on to become the Head of Customer Success and Operations at the same company, where they were responsible for post-sale customer lifecycle and post-sale revenue. In 2017, they became the Head of Customer Success at PersistIQ, where they were responsible for hiring and training a Customer Success team, overseeing and developing a complete post-sale Customer Lifecycle. Finally, in 2018, they were appointed as the VP of Customer Success and Operations at Logyc Co., where they were responsible for the entire post-sale customer experience, revenue generation, and internal operations of the company.

Kate P. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kaliningrad Technical University in Business Analytics, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the same institution in Business/Commerce, General. Kate also has certifications in Sales: Data-Driven Sales Management from LinkedIn (obtained in January 2019) and Human Resources Management from ALISON - Free Online Learning (obtained in September 2015).
