Timothée Contoux

Timothy W Miller has a diverse background in customer service, technical support, and corrections. Most recently, Timothy served as a Direct Care Monitor/Support Provider at Gateway Foundation from January to July 2023. Previously, Timothy worked for TELUS International from January 2020 to August 2022, providing customer service and technical support to Google Fi customers, assisting with a range of issues including account access and troubleshooting. Timothy's experience also includes roles as a Correctional Officer-2 at TDCJ, where responsibilities included cell searches and managing inmate-related issues, and as a Substance Abuse Counselor Intern. Earlier positions involved customer service roles at Providian Financial and HARTE-HANKS LOGISTICS LLC, as well as technical roles in the cable installation industry. Timothy holds a certificate in Drug & Alcohol Addiction from the Institute of Chemical Dependency Studies and a high school diploma from Westwood High School.
