Sushmitha R. has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years with a focus on data and analytics. Their most recent role is as Data & Analytics Lead at Loka, where they work on AI/ML and DevOps solutions for various startups. Before that, they were Group Product Manager for Data Platform at Nuna Inc., where they helped healthcare providers make quality care more affordable. Prior to that, Sushmitha held various leadership roles in data and analytics at companies like Olive, WithMe Health, and Evolent Health. Sushmitha began their career as a Programmer/Analyst at MedQuist and has worked in the healthcare industry ever since.

Sushmitha R. completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Osmania University in 2005. Later, in 2006-2007, they pursued a Masters in Computer Science from West Virginia University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications such as PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
