LOKAREA Property is a company specialising in the conversion of existing warehouses/stores into Self-Storage buildings.

The originality of its concept lies in :
- The acquisition of existing buildings not requiring planning permission
- Their transformation into modern Self-Storage buildings
- Placing the complex under the co-ownership regime (basic deed)
- The sale of individual boxes.

Become a property owner :
- at a lower cost (already from €10.000),
- an asset requiring little management and maintenance,
- with limited charges,
