Rob Pickering has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Rob started their career as a Team Manager at BT in 2007, where they oversaw global services. In 2009, Rob founded their own tuition company called Tutors-4-u, focusing on secondary age groups. In 2010, they became the Head of Sales at Restless World.

In 2011, Rob joined The Original London Pub Company as the Head of Sales & Operations - Europe, managing staff and operations across the continent and playing a key role in the staffing for the London 2012 Olympic games.

Rob then founded Fresh People Recruitment in 2012, serving as the Founder & Managing Director until 2018. During this time, they started their own recruitment agency.

In 2018, Rob joined LOKE - Mobile Delivery, Ordering & Loyalty as the Head of Client Success - UK, establishing the company in the UK market and overseeing post-sale operations. Later in 2021, they were promoted to the role of Global Head of Client Success, where they managed a team of 10 staff globally and had overall responsibility for one of LOKE's core departments, working closely with senior management across Europe and APAC.

Rob Pickering obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Economics and Economic History from the University of Liverpool from 2002 to 2005. Rob later pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Education at Liverpool Hope University from 2009 to 2010.
