Anthony Greenough has a diverse work experience spanning different companies. Anthony started their career at CDL (Cheshire Datasystems Ltd) in 2004 as a DTP Software Technician, where they built and supported insurance documentation on Classic and Strata platforms. Anthony prioritized support, development, and BAU workloads to satisfy internal and external customers. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Product Developer at CDL, representing RTP/Transforms in service management and supporting IHP insurer products and aggregator business rules. Anthony utilized xpath, xslt, java, drools, and other tools in a busy environment. Anthony joined Lokulus in 2019 as a Technical Support Lead, where they managed the support team and served as the tech lead. Lokulus offers AI and machine learning-powered solutions to enhance customer interactions. In 2021, they were promoted to the position of Technical Support Manager at Lokulus.

Anthony Greenough attended Stamford High School from 1988 to 1993. Anthony did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study during this time. Additionally, Anthony has obtained three additional certifications: Introduction to ITSM from Atlassian in October 2022, Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in October 2022, and Mental Health First Aid Champion from MHFA England® in March 2023.
