Sophie Wright has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sophie was a Panelist on BBC Radio 4's The Kitchen Cabinet in 2013 and a Brand Ambassador/Recipe Developer/Presenter for Tesco in 2016. In 2017, they were a Brand Ambassador/Recipe Developer/Presenter for RSPCA Assured and a Consultant Chef for Fego Caffe Group in 2015. In 2018, they became a Chef Consultant for Eat Simple Foods and in 2019, they became a Food Stylist for Airculinaire. In 2021, they were a Chef Consultant and in 2022, they became the Head of Food at Lollipop. Sophie Wright has also been the Founder of Sophie Wright Catering LTD since 2010.

Sophie Wright's education history includes attending Park School for Girls from 1995 to 2002, where they obtained GCSEs. From 2003 to 2006, they attended Westminster Kingsway College, where they obtained a Professional Chefs Diploma, a Level 1 and 2 Professional Cookery, a Level 2 Pastry Cooks and Patissiers, and a WSET Award in Wine, Spirits and Alcoholic Beverages. In 2006, they also obtained a Level 3 Professional Chefs Cookery from Westminster Kingsway College. From 2016 to 2017, they attended Oaklands College, St Albans, where they obtained a Level 3 Education and Training in Hospitality and Catering.
