Bethany Slear

Bethany Slear serves as the Program Director of Experiential Learning at Bucknell University, overseeing the Herd Mentorship Program and promoting professional development for management students. Additionally, Bethany holds positions as an adjunct faculty member, teaching an internship course in Dublin, and as an adjunct professor for the Global Opportunities Program at Susquehanna University, where courses focus on cross-cultural experiences. With a strong background in career development, Bethany has contributed to various roles at Susquehanna University, including as Assistant Director of the Career Development Center and as a Retention Specialist in the TRiO Student Support Services. Previous experience includes graduate assistant positions at multiple universities, volunteer coordination, and working as a shelter advocate for victims of gender-based violence. Bethany's educational background includes a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg and a Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Publishing & Editing from Susquehanna University.
