Andy Gray is currently the Managing Director and Head of Commercial Mid Market at NatWest Group, a position they have held since 2014. Andy also serves as Chairman of Lombard and Cushon. Previously, they held the role of Managing Director in Corporate and Institutional Banking at RBS from 2011 to 2014 and spent two decades at Barclays Bank in the same capacity. Andy was a member of the CBI Economic Growth Board from 2020 to 2023. They earned a degree in Economics from KCS Wimbledon and a Master of Arts in Economics from Selwyn College, Cambridge.
