As an independent charity founded by the Worshipful Company of Paviors and FM Conway, we help people overcome barriers to employment and unlock their potential within the construction industry.

For over a decade, we’ve supported hundreds of individuals to gain recognised qualifications, grow in confidence, and take meaningful steps into work, helping to shape a stronger, more diverse workforce for the future.

Our free 15-day programme is more than training. It’s a launchpad. Through hands-on experience, industry-recognised certifications, and direct connections with employers at our Graduation Job Fair, we open doors that might otherwise remain closed. With travel, meals, and mentoring provided, every learner is supported to focus on what matters most: their future.
