The process at London Wellness is as follows:

INITIAL CONSULTATION
The initial consultation is critical to review pertinent medical history, stress management, sleep quality, activity duration & intensity & to clarify both short & long term goals. A thorough review of a current day in the life is conducted & used as a stepping point to review optimal nutrition & customize a personalized plan to reach stated goals.

FOLLOW UP
Includes a review of lifestyle behaviors (stress, sleep, activity, etc), as well as body composition testing (in-person), followed by reviewing diet. Action items are provided to continue progress towards goals.

MAINTENANCE
This is the most pivotal step in the process, as new habits are maintained only when they align with ongoing goals or transformed identity.

Appointments available M-F, 9am-5pm.
