Ronnie Hobbs grew up working in the oilfields of West Texas in the late 1970s. In 2009, he founded Lone Star Corporation, a privately-owned Instrumentation & Electrical contractor headquartered in Odessa Texas.
The founding principles focused on providing superior service, workmanship, and excellence in safety to a wide variety of industrial clients. 
Over the next several years, Lone Star would grow to offer its clients turnkey electrical services from engineering to start-up and anything in between.
Today, Lone Star is a leading provider of field services, fabrication, instrumentation & electrical as well as engineering services with an innovative approach to projects of all sizes. This approach reduces dependence on subcontractors, thus allowing Lone Star to better control schedules, maximize accountability, decrease risk, and ultimately deliver projects more efficiently. Our one-source system sets us apart from other companies and allows us to work with a variety of heavy industrial clients across the Permian Basin and its surrounding areas.
