Rosa Buckley

Rosa Buckley is a Survey CAD Technician at Long Engineering since June 2020, specializing in developing right of way plans for GDOT and assisting survey field crews. Prior experience includes serving as a CAD Specialist I at Corporate Environmental Risk Management, where engineering drawings for roadway projects were generated and revised, and GDOT compliant SDE was created. As an Associate Application Engineer at WattStopper, design of lighting control systems and technical support were provided. Rosa also held roles in the GIS Department of DeKalb County Government as a Property Mapping Technician Sr., at Lockheed Martin as a Designer IV, and at Hartrampf Engineering as a Survey Technician. Rosa earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from Devry University and furthered education at Coastal Georgia Community College.
