From 2007 to 2012, they were LAN Administrator and Technical Support Analyst I and II at University of New Mexico. During this time, they administered a SQL Server web-based document imaging system in a Windows AD environment, provided expertise in incident management tool (RightNow), ITIL best practices, and KCS theories, and delivered ongoing training to EM management on metric reporting, to middle management on knowledge engineering and KCS implementation techniques, and to front line staff on customer service and proper software usage. Additionally, from 2007 to 2008, they were Web Site Administrator at UNM School of Public Administration, where they worked on a contract basis with SPA administrators as customers and rewrote portions of http://www. unm. edu/~spagrad.
Andy Trever obtained a BBA in Management of Information Systems from the UNM Anderson School of Management between 2004 and 2007. Andy then obtained an MBA in Information Assurance and Management of Information Systems from the same school between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they attended Occidental College from 1995 to 1997, studying Pre-med.
