VP Client Experience at Long View Systems

Brian Olson, MBA, has a wide range of experience in various roles within the IT industry. Brian started their career at Standard & Poor's as a Call Center Systems Manager, where they integrated multiple systems to improve productivity and reporting. Brian then joined Hewlett-Packard as an Engineer III, supporting Cisco Call Manager infrastructure and later transitioning to tier 3 and 4 technical support for enterprise customers.

Brian then moved to Navakai, Inc., where they held multiple positions including Server Analyst, Sr. Business Analyst, Support Services Manager, and Project Services Manager. In these roles, they provided IT infrastructure solutions, managed support teams, and developed influential client relationships to achieve business goals.

After Navakai, Brian joined All Covered as the National Remote Support Center Manager, where they effectively managed a remote support team.

Currently, Brian is working at Long View Systems as the VP Client Experience, where they champion customer service excellence, collaborates with the VP community to improve processes, and plays a key role in developing and executing branch strategies in partnership with the Denver Branch leadership team.

Brian Olson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Denver Technical College from 1987 to 1994. Brian also obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies from Roy J. Wasson High in 1987. In 2015 to 2016, Brian completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on IT Management from Western Governors University. In terms of certifications, they obtained ITIL Practitioner and ITIL Service Delivery Foundations from AXELOS Global Best Practice, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in May 2017, and MCP and MCSE certifications from Microsoft in 2010 and 2001, respectively.
