Joel Raza

Joel Raza is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leading IT support teams and delivering high-quality services. Currently serving as Team Lead at Long View Systems since August 2016, Joel oversees seven teams of 22 professionals, managing support for over 120 clients across North America and internationally while maintaining an exceptional record of service excellence. Prior roles include Technical Lead and Analyst Consultant, where Joel demonstrated strong technical leadership and operational efficiency. In addition to experience at Long View Systems, Joel has managed computer products at Best Buy and provided IT support through previous technician roles. Joel holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Digital Design from Université Paris 8, along with multiple degrees in related fields, showcasing a robust educational background in technology and design.
