Ryan Ball has extensive experience in IT management and client success, currently serving as the Manager of Client Success and Site Manager at Long View Systems since January 2020. Previously, Ryan held the position of Manager of Desktop Management Operations at PCM Canada from August 2015 to November 2019. Ryan's career also includes significant roles at Microserve, where positions ranged from Exchange Analyst, overseeing support for 12,000 clients, to Senior Network Analyst & Team Lead, managing the growth of over 300 servers. Ryan holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Engineering Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
