Melissa Ryan

Melissa Ryan is the current Vice President and General Counsel at Long & Foster Companies. Melissa has also worked with MillerCoors LLC as an In-House Counsel, Moye White LLP as an Associate Attorney/Contract Attorney, and White, Bear Ankele PC as an Associate Attorney. Melissa has experience with corporate and real estate matters, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and local government tax-exempt financing. Melissa has also drafted documentation for tax-exempt public finance transactions in excess of $20,000,000.

Melissa Ryan attended the University of Minnesota, where they earned their BA in speech-communications. Melissa then went on to attend the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, where they earned their JD in law.
