LongevityPlan.AI enables 1 million+ coaches, aspirational athletes, student-athletes, businesses, organizations, and government / military to access NFL and Ironman-level endurance and performance optimization through AI-powered Digital Twins founded by world-renowned Ivy League and Stanford doctors, athletes, and execs. We democratize elite sports science by integrating wearable data, biomarkers, medical records, and lifestyle activities into a personalized "Digital Twin"—an AI-powered software replica that mirrors the human body to predict, optimize, and personalize health, recovery, and performance in real-time.
Founded by Tony Medrano (3x Ironman Finisher, 3x Tech CEO w/ 2 successful excites from a $1b molecular diagnostics company and a mobile app platform company and Harvard, Columbia and Stanford JD/MBA alum); Lina Ramos (35x Ironman Finisher, 3x Kona World Championship qualifier including 2026, Stanford MBA, UC Berkeley BA) and Felipe Louriero (600x+ triathlon finisher, and Breakaway Training founder/CEO with 40+ years multi-sport coaching experience), LongevityPlan.AI was born from the real-world challenges of elite endurance and sustained performance.
After decades of competing, coaching and CEO'ing, Lina, Tony and Felipe experienced firsthand the data fragmentation crisis preventing coaches from delivering truly personalized training. Athletes uses different wearables (Oura, WHOOP, Garmin), different biomarker providers (Function Health, InsideTracker), and different nutrition apps. As coaches, they spent 30-45 minutes per athlete per week just compiling data before they could even begin analysis. They knew there had to be a better way. Wearable companies, BigTech, and BigWellness were more concerned about owning their customers' wallets than owning their unique path to individual success, whether that be an Ironman Championship, a first marathon, increased longevity for work and sports, or a student-athlete’s acceptance into Yale. Veteran-owned.
