Bas Holverda

Bas Holverda is a Research Manager and Senior Team Lead at Longfonds, where they have served since 2016. Previously, Bas worked as a Senior Project Manager at Longfonds from 2011 to 2016 and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, San Diego - School of Medicine from 2007 to 2011. Bas began their career as a Pulmonary Function and Exercise Lab Technician at VU University Medical Center in 2002, later completing a PhD in Medicine with a focus on pulmonary physiology. Bas holds a Master’s degree in Human Movement Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has studied high-altitude physiology at UC San Diego.
