Through an interdisciplinary initiative at UT Austin, Longhorn Sim Racing (LSR) is aiming to set the precedent for collegiate motorsports. By drawing talent from our disparate campus community - engineering, business, media, graphic design, and communications - we are developing our organization to the highest professional standards. We accomplish this by developing our brand, digital content, business & customer communication strategy, organizational structure, and engineering solutions just as a real motorsports team would. By offering unique experiential opportunities (networking, internships, volunteering) to students, we aim to act as a motorsports industry launchpad and a legitimate entity in the Austin motorsports community.
