Michael Sienko is a seasoned professional in offshore wind design and engineering, currently serving as the Business Development Director at Longitude Engineering since February 2025. Prior experience includes serving as the Business Development Director for Offshore Wind at COWI from September 2015 to January 2025, and holding the roles of Market Director and Head of the Geoscience Section. In addition, Michael was the Project Director for Offshore Wind Projects at Ramboll from April 2011 to September 2015, and a Senior Project Manager for Offshore Projects at GEO from June 2002 to March 2011. Early career experience includes an engineering position at MT Højgaard Danmark from 1998 to 2002. Michael Sienko holds a degree in engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, complemented by earlier education at VIA University College.
