Benny Mathew

Benny Mathew is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development and management. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at TUTT and the Founder of Orion3, Benny also holds a position as a Limited Partner at LongJump, a venture fund focused on supporting underrepresented founders in Chicago. Prior to these roles, Benny was a Senior Business Development Manager at Baker Tilly Search & Staffing, specializing in finance and accounting recruitment, and spent over 12 years at Aerotek, where significant contributions were made in building a professional network and leading staffing efforts in various industries. Earlier experience includes managing a franchise with College Pro Painters. Benny Mathew holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Northern Illinois University.
